Why should I use IV Therapy?
Intravenous (IV) therapy provides hydration supplemented with medication directly to the bloodstream. Many drugs that are swallowed or applied topically are limited in their digestion and absorption by stomach acid and skin. Receiving medication in an IV provides the most bioavailability possible in comparison to other methods of consuming medications.
How long does IV Therapy take?
IV therapy takes about an hour. It can take longer but this is only with special infusions (i.e. supplemental iron or NAD).
